Our Story
My name is Felicia Hochheiser and for 35 years, I built a career in the dynamic worlds of retail, consumer goods, and technology. I was fortunate enough to spend 20 years in leadership at IBM and another 5 at Google, and I achieved a level of success I'm truly proud of.
But that path was never a straight line.
It was filled with promotions and wins, but also with crucial mistakes, tough lessons, and moments of uncertainty. I learned firsthand that the most significant career breakthroughs often happen when you learn to navigate the subtle, unspoken dynamics of an organization. It’s about understanding the difference between being simply good at your job and being recognized for your leadership, contributions and potential.
The most valuable lessons I learned weren't in a training. They came from experience, and that's what I want to share with you. My approach to coaching is built on a foundation of transparency and directness—the kind of honest advice I had at key moments in my own journey.
